Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are fulfilled and shipped within 2-7 business days.
Pickup at our Philadelphia location is only available during events. Please visit our events calendar for a list of upcoming events.
Returns and Exchanges
Please review the vintage returns section below for vintage items. The following applies only to new stock.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping your return.
If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, please email email@example.com to request a prepaid mailing label. To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days of the date you received it. Please allow up to 7 days transit time.

- Print your label and attach to the outside of the package
- Drop off your package at the nearest USPS location
- We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- For an exchange, please place a separate order via our website.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Please mail your return to the address below:
